social media

i have my reasons why i´m NOT at facebook or twitter. and if you pin my work on pinterest, please make sure to link it back to me by taking the button on my side: that will bring you to my board with all my art-links. thanks for respecting that.

i consider my blog to be my "artistic diary" - so i can recap what i made and which influences i got (exhibitions etc).

currently i try to publish frequently once in a week (tuesdays mostly)

People with a Google+ account: please leave a direct blog link, otherwise i can´t visit you.

PAF - nov 25th - nov 27th

this week at PAF the suggestion is: "to link up a piece of photo art sitting in your archives that never received the 'attention' it deserved"

so these two are variations on previously shown photos with different blending modes...

  2. Always intriguing to see how textures/overlays transform an ordinary photo. My favourite is the top one, how it's become an intriguing piece of abstract art.

  8. OMG! These are ganz total klasse!!! I LOVE the top one - the colours and architectural texture sing to me!!

Why is it that other people think I am nuts when I go on and on about how wonderful it is to play with textures? Looking at your photos I can see you are as obsessed as I am with this art-form... So happy to know that I am not alone!! xoxo

  13. My fave is the second photo and adjustments. I really like that geometric texture - from Nancy Donaldson I think. It adds a very cool twist to your photo.
