i have my reasons why i´m NOT at facebook or twitter. and if you pin my work on pinterest, please make sure to link it back to me by taking the button on my side: that will bring you to my board with all my art-links. thanks for respecting that.

i consider my blog to be my "artistic diary" - so i can recap what i made and which influences i got (exhibitions etc).

currently i try to publish frequently once in a week (tuesdays mostly)

in an octopus´s garden

another spread in my braille journal:

i decided my "wild animal" (take-a-word challenge) would be an octopus;)

i started stamping the background with various sea-weed and structure stamps.

 faux postage is selfmade
the biggest part was the lettering (> "script" at three muses this week)... it took me about two hours to cut and glue these dies with the bigshot. is it only me working so slowly?

  16. I love your original take on the TAW Wild Animal theme - your octopus is certainly wild. Such a nice idea, sitting in the shade in an octopus's garden ...... but I would have to wait until he went off to see his friends just in case he got too friendly, I'm not sure I could cope with all those arms. Lovely lettering, and the whole double spread is inspired.
