social media

i have my reasons why i´m NOT at facebook or twitter. and if you pin my work on pinterest, please make sure to link it back to me by taking the button on my side: that will bring you to my board with all my art-links. thanks for respecting that.

i consider my blog to be my "artistic diary" - so i can recap what i made and which influences i got (exhibitions etc).

currently i try to publish frequently once in a week (tuesdays mostly)

People with a Google+ account: please leave a direct blog link, otherwise i can´t visit you.

take-a-word: circles

the visitor from space asks himself: what a curious planet this is... what do they DO there??
~~~~~~~~~~
the globe is from the fantastic freebie kit "out of this world" deviantscrap (here: holliewood) offered last week [thank you so much!!]
i worked out this couple from one of banksy´s latest streetart sprayings and added his signature
  1. Isn't it horrible that nowadays communication/interaction has been substituted by our cell phones.The other day I was paying attention to that.People don't chat anymore.They prefer our insane small machines. Yes, my friend, we live in a strange world where we are unable to build bridges and reach each other. I wonder how long love will survive in a world deprived of true emotions.Love your work.It is food for thought.Thanks!
  9. Great arty comment on the phone, Johanna, and we also communicate in little boxes to other people - like I am doing here!
    And I love both of these forms of communication, they open up the world.
  15. The black and white Banksy graffiti against the planet on fire background makes quite an effect. Besides, its message is painfully true.
