social media

i have my reasons why i´m NOT at facebook or twitter. and if you pin my work on pinterest, please make sure to link it back to me by taking the button on my side: that will bring you to my board with all my art-links. thanks for respecting that.

i consider my blog to be my "artistic diary" - so i can recap what i made and which influences i got (exhibitions etc).

currently i try to publish frequently once in a week (tuesdays mostly)

People with a Google+ account: please leave a direct blog link, otherwise i can´t visit you.

black and white

this week´s theme at take-a-word is b/w

i combined a photo of trees i took a while ago with a Background moon-photo (sussieM, scrapbookgraphics - cut down a bit) and edited it to this look;
added the Quote with font pea sean

  1. I simply ADORE this. The black and white theme works quite well for the photo you have chosen to alter. And that quote is fantastic. I've never heard it before and I love, love, love it.

    You mentioned about my J52 piece that you also used basically the same things I use to make my art. I forgot junk mail until you mentioned it, but junk mail is also a big part for me, too.

    You also mentioned on my Post and Postage spread that fabrics had taken over your life and you didn't have time right now for collage. I thought when I read that, it's too bad you can't back date anything in these challenges, because more than HALF the scrap squares you made would have fit that challenge. I'm sure you thought the same thing, too.

    BTW, you have inspired me to start a NEW altered book that I'm going to call "Scraps." I don't promise to make a new one every day, and mine won't be squares, but your wonderful art has encouraged and inspired me to start this new AB.

  6. Welch ein tolles Foto! Die Dramatik wird durch schwarz-weiß erst richtig unterstrichen. LG Ulrike
